Plus Size OOTD: Carmakoma You & Me Dress

I'm trying to catch up on some ootd posts. It's Derby season in Kentucky, so please forgive me. Everything is crazy busy during this time of year, but it's so fun and exciting, so definitely worth it!
Anyway, I recently wore the super fun and comfy You & Me Dress by Carmakoma. It was another Gwynnie Bee pick, and you may be seeing it again soon in my spring lookbook video.

This dress is a little different from my usual picks, but I love it! It feels like a big comfy sweatshirt, but has the look of chic little zebra print bodycon dress. The design of it is so smart, and I love how this one is made. The contrasting black panels are such a great touch.

Here's a quick peak at the back of the dress.

Plus Size OOTD: Triste Blue and Green Crosshatch Chelsea Dress

I received this fab little blue and green Chelsea dress from Triste in my most recent Gwynnie Bee package. I love everything about it! I love the colors, the design, the sleeves, the lightweight fabric...everything! It's so perfect for spring.

I decided it would be a great little Easter dress, so I saved it for the occasion. I paired it with a big floppy hat from Target that I found recently. I just felt like the dress and hat were made for each other. They just belong together!

I finished off my look with some white sunnies and some brown chunky heel sandals from Cato.

Casual Plus Size OOTD: Boyfriend Jeans

Yesterday, I just wanted to be casual and comfortable, so I  went through my closet searching for some of my fave comfort pieces. I decided on my new fave tshirt from ASOS Curve, some ripped boyfriend jeans and my red and black sheer plaid shirt. I have worn these pieces before with other outfits, but I had never put them together as an outfit. I love finding ways to mix pieces together to create new looks.

This outfit reminds me of my childhood as a 90's kid too, so of course, that makes me love it even more. I am sure the Nothing To Wear tshirt will have many more appearances on my blog since I can't get enough of it.

I rolled the jeans up since it was a warm, sunny day. They work perfectly for spring. I decided to wear my fave wedges because I love the strappy design of the shoes and they are so incredibly comfortable to walk in.

I also added my fave fringe bag, a tattoo choker and new clear sunglasses to complete the look. I love the mirror style lenses in these!

Plus Size OOTD: Floral Cut Out Cardi and Peach Dress

I have been wanting to wearing this floral cut out cardi for a few weeks, but I couldn't quite get the right outfit combo together. I wish I could take credit for styling this, but truth is, I had a little help! I asked one of my fave gals at Dress & Dwell what she would recommend. She recommended a light color top or dress, like a peach or coral, and I am so glad she did! I usually go for contrasting colors and patterns, so this wasn't an idea I had even considered. Sometimes it is definitely a good idea to ask for help!

I love the softness of this look, and the colors are perfect for a spring Saturday look. I have had this tank dress since last year. I found it in the junior's section at Target. Target always has the cutest little basic dresses in the spring and summer time. I am always checking for new arrivals!

I also have really been wanting to wear these strappy brown sandals that I found at Cato Fashions recently. Their shoes are always so comfy and affordable! I love the chunky heel on these because it makes them more comfy and easier to walk in. I think chunky heels are super cute!

For jewelry, I decided on a couple of interesting pieces. This colorful statement necklace is also from Dress & Dwell. It mixes so well with the light colors of the dress and cardigan. My light green sunglasses are just an inexpensive pair I picked up from Forever 21 last year.

The gold handchain I'm wearing is also from Forever 21. It is accented with rhinestones and turquoise stones. It's a fun, refreshing change from the norm.

Plus Size OOTD: Stripes and Polka Dots

I am absolutely loooooooving this top right now! The stripes mixed with polka dots are just so much fun, and I really love how they look together. If you love mixing prints, but maybe feel unsure about how to do it, then this top is definitely a great option because it takes the guess work out of it for you. When I saw it on the rack in Dress & Dwell, I was so excited to try it.

I wanted my top to be the focal point of my look, so I kept my pants and jacket simple and black. That really helped my top to stand out even more. I didn't want to have too much going on or competing with this super cute top. The pants are from Dots, a few seasons back. The jacket is one I found recently on the clearance rack at Target.

For accessories, I chose a long gold chain necklace from Dress & Dwell and my fave little clutch from Go Jane.  I still am not over how cute this clutch is! It looks like an ace of hearts playing card, and I just think it's adorable.

The shoes I chose for this look are some black wedges I found at Rack Room Shoes. They are the most comfortable shoes ever. The brand is Pesaro, and these are the first shoes I have tried from them, but definitely not the last! The comfort level is seriously out of this world.

Plus Size OOTD: Cozy Gray Poncho Top and Leggings

Today was a comfort day for sure. It was a little cooler outside, so I thought this heather gray poncho top from Dress & Dwell would be perfect for a casual, cozy look. I love the design with the roomy sleeves and the comfortable!

I decided to wear my fave leggings from IGIGI with the top. I love the IGIGI Karyn ponte leggings because they are thicker than most other leggings. The fabric is more like a pair of pants, but still fits like leggings. Since the weather was cooler, I definitely appreciated having the thicker fabric to keep me warm.

To accessorize, I wore my fave new black felt hat from Target and a pink and gold necklace from Dress & Dwell. I wanted to add a just a little color so the gold and pink worked out perfectly.

Today's bag was the black and cream JustFab Gratified bag. I love this bag because it's big and roomy. I adore the cream colored bow and zipper on this bag. My shoes are the black shooties from Madden Girl that I've been rocking for a while now. They are just so comfortable and easy to wear, so I choose them a lot.

Plus Size OOTD: Pink Clove One Shoulder Maxi Dress

My fashion crush on Pink Clove started immediately after I received this dress a few months ago. I was looking for dresses on the ASOS site and this one was on sale for under $25. (It's still available here, btw)

Since it's been super cold here, I hadn't had the chance to wear this dress, but today was finally the day. It was a beautiful sunny day. Perfect! This dress was not only great for the weather, but it was great at staying in place and keeping me comfortable all day.

I chose accessories with gold to brighten up my look a little. I've had this belt for a while now. It was one of the best purchases I ever made at Dots for sure! I also chose a little lace print box clutch with gold hardware, a gold necklace and a hate with gold accents, all from Target.

The shoes I chose were some comfortable little black patent leather wedge sandals from Payless. I love that this dress was designed with a side split because it makes movement and walking around so much easier!
